Jazz is a very handsome 3 year old Golden Retriever mix from the country of Taiwan, and currently weighs 57 pounds. Over a year ago Jazz was dumped by his owner at a public animal shelter where is in a very remote area in Taiwan and the rate of local adoption is only 1%. Jazzs life was saved on the day of being put down. He was tested to have Ehrlichia infection when rescued. While he was kept in an animal hospital for treating Ehrlichia and quarantine before being transferred to a foster home, Jazz was unluckily found to be distemper positive. But fortunately he was found at a very early stage of distemper; after two weeks of intensive and pricy treatments, Jazz pulled through the treatments and has been doing very well since then.
