My name is Ellie and I am fun, playful, energetic girl who would do best in a home with a fenced in yard (privacy fence). I am spayed, up to date on my shots and heartworm negative. I do great with other dogs. I was adopted as a puppy and returned by my family when my mommy ended up in a domestic violence shelter. What I need right now, is a new family. I lived with a cat and an autistic little boy and I was GENTLE and devoted. It's very sad for me to be stuck in a cage at a boarding facility. Please don't let me be homeless for 6 months, like some of these other guys I am looking at! HOW SAD! I would benefit from a fenced in yard and even if you had a lonely, lazy dog who needs some exercise. I am agile and can easily jump a 4 foot or 6 foot chain link fence.
