I have had it appraised & it is worth over $50,000 with a tax value of $68,000. It is located in Wilmington,NC in the New Hanover County area. My credit is suffering from Identity Theft & i am working on clearing it up but i need the loan to make some home improvements for my elderly mother so she can maneuver better in her house.
