Job Description
Compensation: $50K to $58K
Duties:
Complete the New Hire Orientation and complete the Exit Interviews for designated region
Coordination of benefit presentations and the open enrollment periods
Respond to benefits questions as necessary and provide superior customer service to internal employees
Backup support of training sessions as necessary
Complete and provide FMLA paperwork
Complete the employee relation investigations
Work in conjunction with VP of HR for documenting issues in writing
Report written documentation for all relevant issues to VP of HR.
Oversee local office Worker's compensation claims and unemployment claims
Requirements:
Flexible schedule a must
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years experience in the Human Resources field
Customer service based philosophy to Human Resources
Benefits background a plus
Thorough knowledge of state employment laws
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills for communication with all levels of staff
